The Apache Flex Spark DataGrid should have Drag and Drop built in. See the
dragEnabled/dropEnabled flags and related events.

Yes the new versions has DnD enabled and if you have multi-select enabled it
should drag multiple items as well.
For drag[1] and drop[2] or being able to move[3] instead of copy. If you would
like to select multiple items at once you can use the selectionMode [4] with
GridSelectionMode.MULTIPL
