You can use the -keep-generated-actionscript compiler option to find out.
I'm not sure if the compiler will set up a data binding for the second
version or not. If not, then it will be exactly the same. If it does,
there will be slightly more code generated to set up the data binding, but
the end
short answer is no. code should run the same either way.
