I'm using LO 3.3 with a database originally constructed using OO and
everything is mostly fine.I just tried to produce a report using the Report
Builder extension
and found it didn't work.This is a report that previously worked under OO.

I'm using LibreOffice 3.3.2 on Ubuntu 10.10 (with the packages from the
official PPA).
Whenever I try to open a file with special characters on their pathname
(such as é, á), LibreOffice pops up the following message:
does not exist.
However, it displays the pathname with garbled

Running Windows XP.
Tried to install LibreOffice. It got all the way to the end, and just
hung. I mean, I left it all night and when I came back in the morning,
it was still at 100% but not moving. Only way to get rid of it was to
kill the MSIEXEC
Folks -
I am just switching over to Libre from open and have encountered the same
problem. When I insert a manual page break into a spreadsheet, I get a nice
blue line when the break occurs, but do not actually get a page break when
previewing and printing.
This is true of Libre 3.3.2 for Mac,
So are you saying not to replace the background on those slides but instead
import the image as a picture and then send it to back?

in that case setting a different background on each master page didn't
