Hi everybody,
Since libreoffice versions 4.2.x for mac os X, I noticed I can't switch
anymore between multiple windows by pressing " cmd+' ".
Does anybody know how to workaround this issue?
Thanks

Hi all,
I have collected rainfall totals in Base and wanted to create a report
showing the average for each month, as well as an overall average for the
period of months in the report (YTD Average). In other words, I want to
(effectively) average the monthly averages.
I created a query to get th
In Impress I can connect two objects with "connectors". This is lines
which follows the figures when moving them in opposite to ordinary
lines. But there are also "line connectors". I am not able to find any
difference between these two connectors. Are they different? If they
are, in what way?

I would tend to agree with Mark. If it's called "Properties", why is
it called "Sidebar" in the View menu? I think it should be called
"Properties" in the menu too.

Thanks both.
Yes, I found it as "sidebar". In hindsight not difficult to identify,
but rather different from the way they're normally named, so it didn't
strike me at first.
What's the thinking behind that then?

Hi :)
We have done almost everything to check the download file and it's not
corrupted or anything. The only thing we haven't done is do an md5sum or
SHA check but everything else indicates that the download is fine.

Sounds as if you downloaded/partially downloaded a corrupted file
for whatever reason;

Hi :)
When returning or just going through old emails it helps to start at the
most recent first. That way you can save yourself the effort of replying
to threads that have already been solved.
I found that moving to an email client that threads messages was a huge
boon. GMail calls them "conver

Can your printer print "borderless" letter or A4 paper sizes?
For my Canon and HP inkjet printers, there is a set of "borderless"
sizes of the normal paper sizes. This "tricks" the printer to not have
any borders around the final printed page. I use this mostly for
printing full sheet photos

What is this thing and why can't I get rid of it?
In Writer, 4.2.6.3 I now seem to have a properties toolbar. It insists
on docking on the right hand side of my LO window and won't go away. I
can undock it, but subseqiently closing it just makes it appear back
in the LO main window.
