alternative options (eg. Linux, AOO, other LO versions, etc.) and report
I haven't changed anything while committing to Gerrit except the
versions and .dic, .aff and readme files.
I have been doing it for several years already, so I don't know what
happened.

There are 2 basic ways to accomplish this:
Round the values at calculation time, so they’ll become real 0’s
Change the formula to MINIFS(B:B;B:B;">=1”)
