I have LibreOffice 7.4.5 installed via RPM installation on RHEL 8.7
I downloaded the RPM installation of LibreOffice 7.5.0.
but I am unable to do
dnf upgrade *.rpm
The error is

Package libobasis7.5-base not installed, cannot update it.
No match for
What version of LO and OS?
I just did this fine in 7.3.6.2
Just checking, did you click the arrow at the far left of the drawing
tools first.
