I am using libreoffice Version: 4.1.4.2 in ubuntu 12.04. I am able to open
even big documents and work on it without any problem. However when i try
to select a word and change the font color or highlight color etc, the
libreoffice write freezes completely.

I am using the Libre office 4.2.4 version on a linux machine with Unbuntu
12.10.
I have .odt file where i copied a table from libreoffice Calc. Then i saved
the file in .doc file.
Opening the .doc file in macbook does not show the tables. Is there any way
to resolve this issue.

I created a document by creating three new heading H1 (linked to heading1),
H2 (linked to heading2) and H3 (linked to heading3). After the document is
