I'll give that a go for ones I create from now o
like to use vector graphics for my thesis and
b) Importing the svg files I've created using draw screws with the text. I
suspect Writer is having a problem with the fonts.

Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do about it? For reference,

After a little work, managed to fix this one myself by renaming the user folder
forcing Libreoffice to create a new user folder.
