Is there a way, in L.O. spreadsheet, to lock the rows so that a row cannot
take
more than one line? So that all rows have the same height. Freeze doens't
seem to do that.
Thank you,

How can I tell LO spreadsheet that in this particular cell, I want
to write "January 2014" and that's what I want it to say- don't change it
to date format, just leave that text.
Thanks,,

to remove the
indent and it then won't let me have a return-line space. How can I turn
off all automatic formatting?

How very clever! Yes, this worked! I did get three "each other"
responses and I will study the code and try to figure out how it works.
Thank you so much!

weird formatting and
strange characters. He wants to know if I can send the files to him in
.rft (rich text) format. I don't see that as an option in the "save as"
menu.
Is there a way I can do this -- convert the .odt files to .rtf? Using
LibreOffice
on Suse Linux.
Thanks all
Stuart, Fred, Brian, Steve -- thank you for great ideas. I've learned a lot
of useful things that I'll make notes on here.
Thanks!

would creating the style sheet take as long as what I'm doing? I've never

job so if I have to do it all by hand, at least it's only once.
Thanks for any advice,

In a spreadsheet, is there a way to lock two rows together, so that when the
spreadsheet is shuffled or otherwise modified, the two locked rows will stay
together?

printing works.
It's a bug in OO and LO, and can be "fixed" for each
individual printing job. Unfortunately, I haven't learned a way to
make the fix permanent.
