It's true that the French help package does not work but the English one run
perfectly. Those kind of problems are frequents with a free and open source
software. The 3.4 version has some glitches but the 3.3.2 is very stable and
has sufficents futures for the average user.

Windows Seven does not put Java in the PATH by itself, you must done it
manually. After that, LibreOffice will detect it. For my part, LibreOffice
3.4.1 with the French Help Package run smoothly.

Usually the problem is related to Java been add or not to the Path variables.
Check this out and manually add Java to our environment if it is not in the
Path.
