if you want to work with ODT files without even using LO (or any other program), may i also suggest the use of openTBS. It made my ODF processing so much simpler, and at the end, you use PHP to code it. The support is also very good, via the forum.

i have a website that generates reports in HTML. it contains nice tables, with headers andso. in another spreadsheet program, i can just ctrl-a, ctrl-c and then ctrl-v, all tables are nicely imported, even the markup is converted to the spreadsheet. Can i do this with LO ? jef peeraer
