LibreOffice 3.3.2 works well on Win 7 home prem. 64 bit.
Installation (over 3.3.2) of LibreOffice 3.4.0 and German language pack
(with adminstrator rights) was successful.
LO 3.4.0 starts only with adminstrator rights. As a normal user LO doesn't
start.
Is it a bug?

Problem solved : only Java 7 beta (I'm a java-developer, 32 and 64 bit) was
installed. After adding Java 6 to the system LO 3.4.0 works as expected.
