Did you ever manage to solve this issue?
My email client went somewhat weird with some new update meaning i have to try
to figure out a new work-flow. The Users List also seems to have become
uncharacteristically quiet although that might just be due to my email-client
misrepresenting

When you "Export to Pdf" does the link work in the Pdf even without using the ⌘
?
In the editable file when you do the equivalent of right-clicking the image and
get the pop-up dialogue box and then click on the relevant tab does it still
show the url starting with http?

I have an hyperlink problem: the ⌘-click doesn't activate the showed link when
applied on a picture/ graphic, it just selects the picture. ⌘-clicking a text
works fine as well as ctrl-click an image in Windows XP.
