Hi Tom,
By SOS I meant the response for HELP & GUIDANCE was so fast &
forthcoming. Same as in an emergency & it was indeed an emergency coz
the previous version of LO had stopped working & the updated version not
getting installed. No files would open and if at all in notepad.
I asked for HE
Hi :)
Thanks :) It's kind of you to say so :) We aim to be reasonably swift but
it doesn't always work out that way. I'm glad you were happy with the
response time. :)
Congrats on getting it sorted out!
Thanks and regards from
Tom :)

i look it up there ARE all sorts of different things it could stand
for. I've only heard it used in the emergency context. So, i'm
intrigued what you meant.

There was a similar problem a couple of weeks ago and it got fixed
really quickly when the websites mailing list were told. Can anyone
let them know about this recurrence? Is anyone here on their mailing
list?

There have been quite a few posts about mirrors failing and I had this
problem last night as well however a torrent download appeared to

Hi :)
+1
Perhaps try downloading from a different mirror? (if you can figure out how).
Also perhaps try using a different web-browser. Do you use Firefox or
Internet Explorer or something else?
Obviously the immediate thing to do is to "Abort" the current install

I do not have "Calibri Light", just "normal", italic, bold, and

one of my fonts, Calibri Light. It doesn't appear in the list of fonts at
all. Only the base Calibri appears. In 4.0.5 both the base an
