The phenomenon you describes suggests that the label size might be set
wrongly. Even if the label size is set to match the published values.
Maybe you should try reducing the label height by a millimeter or two,
(deviating a little from the published value)

Another (final) thought. Are you using 100% scaling when printing? If
there is any scaling or "fit to page" in effect that might be a problem.

Is there a way, as in MS Word, to set labels to always print to the bypass tray
of a printer? I'm having trouble with it currently. It is possible to select
bypass tray each time, but I'd like to have it be that all labels automatically
