Could be. Being basically lazy, I only put a first name into the form. When I edit fiction, hovering the cursor over any of my edits shows a tag with either "Inserted: Jerry - Date and Time" or "Deleted: Jerry - Date and Time". I just tested it by adding my last name to the form. Edits done
