My distro's repos have moved to 3.3.1, and that particular issue no longer
ocurs with that file. I've noticed a few other glitches that add up to quite
a buggy impression, though - if this persists in 3.3.1, I'll report here.

I've been working on a translation for the past week or so. The file was
provided in Word format. Initially I tried to work with it as such but
Writer froze while "exporting" the file as it (presumably) autosaved. A bit
before half way, the status bar stopped in its tracks.
