I create a web application of Grails 7.0.0-M4 on Forge with only the
addition of the quartz plugin.
The build file has the plugin as 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT and repos listed are:
mavenCentral()
maven { url = 'https://repo.grails.org/grails/restricted' }
Gradle can't find it.
