[users@httpd] Win32: Apache2 service terminated with service-specific error 1 (0x1)

I'm having some difficulty getting Apache 2.0.54 set up on my Windows XP Pro sp2 system. I managed to get it to the point that I can start the server from the command line, but if I try to start it as a service, I get the message below in the event manager. I did have it working at one
