Hi,
I'm working with some devices that can't handle 100 continues.
Is there a way to apply filters to apache to stop it from sending HTTP 100?
Or is the only way to hack the base code?

Jimmy
Hi,
There is a need to configure a rewrite rule for the following source
url to point to a target url.
Source url - http://usearch.3m.com:8765/abc.html
If you closely look at the above url, you can see a port number in it.
I'm not that expert with rewrites and have never done this in the past

That's a syntax error. So I infer it's not in an Apache
configuration file.
Check http://wiki.apache.org/httpd/DistrosD
In files handler.html.ja.jis, index.html.ja.jis and install.html.ja.jis,
under htdocs/manual/ sub-directory of Apache 1.3.37, it reads:

But I see no such files there.
Should it be like this?

AddOutputFilterByType DEFLATE text/plain

Are you redirecting to different parts of the URL space and/or between
different virtualhosts/protcools? The access log can probably tell
you if this is the case.
