Is there some Apache module that provides diagnosis (networking,
connectivity, programming) for Apache based applications. I was setting the
Error log Level to *debug*, but it does not help me a lot.

I grep'ed the load balancer files and wasn't able to find any usage of
use_server_errors.
Also, I performed a tcpdump as advised and I was able to get more
information on the hessian server error being returned. I haven't found the

We have been using the MSI installer for previous versions of Apache and cannot
find it for 2.2.27. Has the MSI installer been discontinued for Apache 2.2.27?
