Thanks for your suggestions Frederik, I grep'ed the load balancer files and wasn't able to find any usage of use_server_errors. Also, I performed a tcpdump as advised and I was able to get more information on the hessian server error being returned. I haven't found the cause yet but thanks for yo

Windows builds of Apache HTTPD were provided by volunteers who have commit access to the project and were never "official" builds. The best source for more recent builds is ApacheLounge. Builds of the newest releases (2.4) are here: http://www.apachelounge.com/download/ (but you will need to adjust
