Till what limit can the max clients value be increased in linux? is there
any limit in terms of numbers?
and what other parameters are requried to be considered while changing the
max clients values?

The apache is running on Window Server 2008 R2,
It is running as a service,
The directory of the httpd is C:\Program Files (x86)\Apache Software
Foundation\Apache2.2\bin
