I checked the logfiles again. There is nothing unusual there.
There are no other errors logged in vhost-logfiles at the time of the restart, 
nothing in the Windows Event Log.


What can we do? Level up the Loglevel ?
At this time I have “LogLevel warn” set in httpd.conf.
What do you suggest?
