Hi,
Well I migrated from 2.0.52 to a 2.0.54 on another machine.
On the new machine, there is the information about the TIME and the
LOGLEVEL in the ErrorLog File missing.
does anybody have a hint?

always did a make distclean before compiling, ...
I tried different ./compile options as well as older versions of apache, ...
