I have downloaded the installer for the latest apache software. I am having
difficulties in actually setting it up for use on my pc. I have no website
and server yet, i am just trying to teach myself this and do aim to set up
in the future. So i just need to know how to set it up to use on my

looks like this:
ServerRoot "C:/Program Files/Apache Software Foundation/Apache2.2"
This directive tells the server where to put the configuration, error and
log files.

I have setup apache to use my pc as a local server by typing localhost in
the sever and domain sections during setup. Now when I run apache i get the
following error :-
Httpd.exe : syntax error on line 60 of c:/program files/Apahe softw

to
