Hi, i had to have a power cycle for remote server i have (which runs as a webserver). After that apache never came back up. Trying to start the server again i now get: (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down

Hi, i hope i am posting to the right list. Just upfront: I am by no means an expert with apache but i have never really had any issues setting up a web server. Anyway, I am running apache/2.2.9 on a debian etch box. My setup used to work but after a friend did a debian upgrade something
