i had to have a power cycle for remote server i have (which runs as a

Trying to start the server again i now get:
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
mmhh,
i did check all my configuration files in (i am on ubuntu 10.04)
/etc/apache2/sites available.
none have the listen directive even in it.
