It seems that reverse mappings have higher priority
than aliases.
I have this setup:
Alias /oto/images /opt/myapp/oto/images
ProxyPass /oto http://my.host.com/oto
ProxyPassReverse /oto http://my.host.com/oto
The alias is ignored, '/oto/images' is mapped to remote
