Sorry if I asked the wrong list. Like Joost wrote, I believe the IBM version of Apache has some additional modules like mod_afpa_cache and mod_ibm_ssl, these are just to integrate Apache with WebSphere. We disabled JS and CSS compression for IE and the application now runs on all systems.
