This was a basic/simple error... The updated conf file in the
sites-available, wasn't symbolically linked to the sites-enabaled dir!
as homer simpson said.. "DOH!!"

I would also verify that the directory tree has the right SE Linux labels,
that looks like the default root, but it never hurts to check. 'ls -Z'
will give the labels, it should include something like httpd_t I believe.

New to Apache//Laravel. Trying to setup a simple test site for
Laravel, running on Centos8 with Apache.
