That's an older version. Try 2.2.
There may be some compile-time switches you can use to make 2.0.59
support large files on AIX, but I'm not sure.

If you mean upload rather than download, then the LimitRequestBody can be
used the maximum incoming

There is no such limit. But older versions have less large-file
support and therefore may run into OS limits on the stand
