my html displays right im my browser... i got my ppp0 internet IP which was

If you use Listen 80, Apache will bind to all IP addresses on the
box, whatever those happen to be.

Ignore Graham's suggestion. It has nothing to do with your problem
since you do not need virtual hosts at all if you are running just one
website.
