I am very new to Kannel; I am using precompiled standard kannel 1.0.3 on
Matrix Lynix Redhat 6.2 server, which is inbuilt mail server. I am unable to
get SMSC connection.
I have tried with all following smsc config.

Kannel don't know the msisdn number.
Only the router that receives your connection would know.
