I have set up wapbox and ppg and I have tested on test_ppg_server and test_ppg.
But I can't understand how to send it to smsc.
Can I use the http interface like sending normal sms message?

Hi I can't seem to get kannel smsbox to run on my XP machine running cygwin.
It would be great if someone could point me somewere where I can find a
