Okay, so is there a way
to fix this issue? Because about 50% of the wap sites I visit have this
problem, thats quite annoying :-/

cisco 7960's (sip 6.1) telephones.
Outgoing lines are taken care of by a beronet card and two isdn lines. Fax
and analog stuff is handled by a TDM400P.

Why are you posting this in the Kannel list and not in the Astisk list?
You can take up a line in your dialplan:
exten = {$NUMBERCOMPANY1},1,SetCIDName(Call for company1)
exten = {$NUMBERCOMPANY2},1,SetCIDName(Call for company2)
Something like that...

I have using cisco 7960 at 5 mounths and without problems. I think this
is not the better place to discuss it, this is a Kannel Gateway
list(devoted to SMS, WML and so on). But here we go.
You can create a extension into your asterisc to any call with this
DNIS(destination number)
For one of our SMSC connections, I need to force that the submit_sm PDU
includes 00 as source_subaddress. It is currently omited.
Is this configurable somewhere?

Hi,
please provide
mea solution for curtailing the sms retries onto the smsc. Due to message
full and throttling errors the no of retries from kannelaffects the smsc
with additional load. If there is any parameters like sms-retries and
sms-retry-time please let me know.
