Has it moved?
Do you have a set of diffs against 1.4? If not, when I have found out
what they are I could post them back.

Why there's no new versions of kannel available on the site ?
there's only kannel_1.2.1-5_i386.deb downloadable,
and there's no kannel packages in the debian apt repositories links
given on the official download page.

http://www.kannel.org/download/1.4.0/gateway-1.4.0.tar.gz
BTW, the files are downloadable... but still released on 1.2.1-5
