I test your configuration file and you are right there is a problem
with smsbox-port.
Sqlbox is not reading smsbox-port. And smsbox-port is hardcoded to
13005. I was putting 13005 in my config file so i didn't realize that
there was an error.
I'm attaching the patch file.

Actually mbuni is an mmsbox and use kannel libraries.
