I tried with giving different init-string (default, ATQ0 V1 E1 S0=0 &C1 &D2,
ATZ as per wvdial.conf )in my modem configuration. But no solution came for
below issue.
Also I am getting another error

But that's what I did in the second test. I didn't URL-escape
anything, I just let the Perl XML writer escape & with & which is
the right thing to do.
However when kannel parses the it doesn't un-escape the & to &.
As a result the query URL used by kannel looks like this one below

OK. So what is with the spam? 3 mails in 2 minutes? This is great for asking
