Well dear, this is not the case. I can attach a screenshot of Wireshark where
Kannel is sending approximately 8 to 10 messages in single SMPP PDU.
Anybody please help!

Use a simple group = smsc for both TX and RX sessions. Like this:
group = smsc
smsc = smpp

This is for testing purposes.
I currently use opensmppbox so my kannel server can accept incoming
requests from SMPP clients.
What I then want to do is send these requests to a basic PHP site

I am looking for a SMPP Test tool to act as a SMSC and send Delivery Reports
back to my SMPP client. I have used SMPPSim, but I need to be able to
customize the msg data and meta data (TLV's) in the delivery report to mimic
my current operator connection.
Anybody know of such a tool?

For better understanding of what you have in your hands, I recommend you
read the whole userguide (it's not that long). For minimum setup, you need
to understand the functions of bearerbox and smsbox, and their associated
variables.
