Here is the scenario, I'm connecting to kannel gw via Opensmppbox, one SMS

Hi, this is an error on your operator side, you should contact them about
this error, it seems that you are sending more messages than you're allowed
to, maybe they can give you some hints about this.

Ali,
Check also timeouts values in mysql.. Are you using a custom configured mysql ?
Do you have any firewall/proxy/etc in between ?
