Hi It comes from the charset used. How does it is shown on the logs? If it is ok, You might need to hack the code that generates the admin interface and url_encode the smsc username. if not, check the smsc charset variables in your config. Regards Alvaro |--

Hi All, I have recently changed to another SMSC provider, however this provider uses a hyphen (-) in the username field. When I check the username in the /status page I see the following: â^' where the hyphen should be. I.e. user-name would become: userâ^'name What should I do to avoid this

Can you post configs? Kannel treats each smsc independently with its own queue each. Therefore it shouldn't wait to empty sms1 queue to send smsc2 msgs. if you know to which smsc a message should take before hand, you can add its id when posting it to kannel. i.e. If using smsbox adding "&smsc_id
