Can someone guide me in setting up a ussd account tlv and other required
values with sendsms url parameter. The menu should support multi session
with response enabled.

You need to create/add and smsc config for each of the connections you
will have. Check documentation for each specific case.

I've also confirmed these messages are entered into the database queue long
bere they apprear in kannel logs;
like one message was added to database at 2012-09-24 13:28:55 and on kannel
logs it appears at 2012-09-24 13:36:44

a back up server and we needed to change co-location so all our MO/MT were
