From kannel software prospective there is no limit. However below are the
concerns which might bring the speed down.
1. Internet bandwidth between kannel server and SMSC.
2. Server is having low resources (CPU or RAM limit)
3. Kannel is having long queue.

openss7 project of integration kannel is finish or is it available if not any
