Hello, I would like to know what is Kannel's behavior when the numbers of throughput-in is reached i.e. I mean what Kannel do when the numbers of MT/seconds defined in configuration is reached ? Suppose we define 20 MT/seconds for an ESME. If this one send more than 20 MT/s what Kannel do ?
