does anybody know if it's possible to keep the user accounts in a
database (or using pam) instead of kannel.conf ?
I'm sick of editing the kannel.conf and restart the gateway, everytime I
have to add a new sendsms-user account.

I have customized the smsc_http.c to fit the requirements
of my smsc.
It works fine with normal http requests ,
but using the https-interface of my smsc fails.
1. Could it be, that compiling with ssl-support
actually doesn't affect the traffic to smsbox only,
but also the ability to make htt
there ?!? any changelog ?

I wonder how you all handle the sendsms-user management.
Do you really edit the config-file and restart the
gateway for a single new user ?
Or is there a trick to do this more comfortable ?
What about the guys having a web based sms service
with kannel ?
