How can I set registered_delivery field to 1 in kannel SUBMIT_SM ?
Using wireshark I see it fixed on 0 then I get no DLR repport :(

1) It is possible to execute sqlbox -v 0 sqlbox.conf on a php file like this:
echo exec('sqlbox -v 0 /etc/kannel/sqlbox.conf'); ?
If not how we can make sqlbox do not stop because it stop each time the
database became empty.
2) Can we have DLR message using SMPPsim ??

I need to send sms directly to the MSC so It doesn't need to connect to the
SMSC the problem is that kannel doesn't implement SS7 so did anyone know if
openss7 project of integration kannel is finish or is it available if not any
one have any suggestion ??
