I am having a problem trying to run Kannel (1.2.1) on Cygwin
(1.5.5(0.94/3/2)), with Libxml version 20423 on an Windows XP laptop. I have
tried with a Wavecom modem, as well as a Nokia 7210. I get the following
error -
