i tried changing echo $3 to echo -e "$3" still can't resolv :-)
i also read email from Stuart Beck to convert it to %28 but
stuck how to convert it :-) is there any doc that i can read about
this issue ? please advice.

the result still the same :(

im realy new to this world ;-) btw, i just download a new kannel via cvs,
each time i try sending sms with perl-libwww command :
$ GET -e
"http://localhost:13131/cgi-bin/sendsms?username=avudz&password=avudz&from=62818445009&to=628163115907&text=Test+SMS"
