I am behind a proxy and I want to ask that how can I do proxy settings for
kannel, as kannel is not being able to access the internet

Hi,
In kannel.conf group core you can define which ip addresses are allowed to
accessed your kannel, use box-allow-ip and box-deny-ip directive to do that.
And I think you can also set your proxy/firewall to filter access to kannel.
