Its strange but I have a such scheme and it is working for me on my test
suite with kannel svn-r5173 :) The only different thig is that I route MT
by prefix, not by smsc-id. Nevermind, with smsc-id it will be working too.

preferred and the other handles traffic if only the preferred fails. But, both
