Mixing the SMS delivery between multiple SMSCs randomly

Hi Group  I am facing one different problem.I have configured 3 SMSC groups in kannel.conf file and 3 separate SMS users for each SMSC.I have configured DENIED SMSC list in SMSC groups and forced SMSC in SMS USER groups. But when i did HTML post with one SMSC user and pass word like belowhttp://
